How to Pay Without a Debit/Credit Card or PayPal

Not everyone has access to a credit/debit card or PayPal, and VicHost understands that. We want to make it as easy as possible for all customers to pay for hosting plans, domain registrations, and service renewals. That’s why we offer multiple alternative payment methods that are secure, reliable, and simple to use.

Alternative Payment Methods

Skrill (formerly Moneybookers)
If you have a Skrill account, you can send funds directly to support@duoservers.com. Be sure to clearly mention what the payment is for in the payment comments field—for example, a hosting plan, domain renewal, or invoice number.
While Skrill accounts are typically funded using credit or debit cards, in many countries you can also top up your Skrill account via local banks—even without a traditional bank account.

Bank Wire Transfer
Bank wire payments are available on the order or renewal page. Once you select this option, you’ll see VicHost’s bank account details along with a short form that must be completed, including:

  • Sender’s name
  • Transaction number
  • Exact payment amount

You may also submit this information through a support ticket. If you do, please clearly specify what the payment is for to ensure timely processing.

VicHost strives to make hosting accessible to everyone, no matter your preferred payment method. Take advantage of these options today and continue enjoying reliable, high-performance hosting with VicHost—without any payment hurdles.

Recurring Payments Explained: Stress-Free Renewals with VicHost

Keeping your website online shouldn’t require manual reminders or constant attention. VicHost simplifies billing with automatic recurring payments for hosting plans, domain registrations, and service upgrades—helping you avoid missed renewals and unexpected downtime.

How Recurring Payments Work

When you pay for a VicHost service using a credit/debit card or PayPal, a recurring payment is automatically created for the next billing cycle. This allows VicHost to renew your hosting plan or domain name automatically when it’s due.

Card payments include subscription details in your payment confirmation email, while PayPal users receive a separate confirmation directly from PayPal.

Early Renewals to Prevent Downtime

Recurring payments are processed seven days before the renewal date. This buffer helps prevent service interruptions caused by payment issues such as insufficient funds or temporary authorization failures.

If a payment attempt fails, you’ll be notified immediately and given up to seven days to resolve the issue before your service expires.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage your subscriptions at any time from your VicHost client area:

  1. Log in to your VicHost Control Panel
  2. Hover over your name in the top-right corner
  3. Select Recurring

PayPal subscriptions may also be canceled directly through your PayPal account.

Changing Your Payment Method

To keep your subscription active while updating your payment method, click Change in the Recurring section. You can choose from:

  • PayPal
  • FirstData (credit and debit cards)
  • WorldPay (American Express)

You’ll then complete a $0.00 authorization payment, which allows VicHost to automatically charge your new payment method when your renewal is due.
